As a Carpenter I you will work closely with other experienced Carpenters to learn, develop and grow. You are a key factor in ensuring the quality of our work product. Job Knowledge – • Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable. • Well rounded task skill knowledge for most common residential and commercial construction processes as well as the common means and methods to perform these tasks. • Good knowledge of tools & equipment to be operated and used to perform common construction tasks. • Specialization in specific task skills and desire to learn other common construction tasks. • Common Task Skills are: Floor Framing (wood), Wall Framing (wood), Roof Framing (wood ), Interior Trim & Casework, Exterior Siding & Trim, Hollow Metal Frames/Doors & Hardware, Metal Stud Framing, Concrete Forming, & Scaffold Erecting.
