Farm Repair and Maintenance Supervisor

We are a year round indoor farm located on 22 acres of land. We are seeking to hire a part time person (2-3 days a week) to oversee the physical maintenance of our machinery and greenhouses. This job requires an individual with good mechanical skills, as well as excellent common sense. Most of the equipment we have is specific to our industry so will be unfamiliar to most people. Other tasks will be changing filters, lightbulbs, maintaining our vehicles, greasing carts, making minor plumbing repairs, doing minor carpentry, repairing greenhouse rips, and any number of other things that arise daily.... We can be flexible about what days and hours are worked, but a regular schedule is required. We are looking for a long-term team member. We are an expanding business and we need someone who wants to grow with us. This position could definitely turn into a full-time position for the right person.
