Description
I'd like to shed some light on your situation and that of others around the state. I agree with you that DDS is not doing its job, but the judiciary disagrees. See Blessing v. Freestone; DDS has no legal obligation to substantially comply with requests by its customers. You might feel that you are entitled to benefits from a government agency, but in reality you are a customer of a partnership of two or more persons engaged in a business for profit. The beneficiary is a state owned trust fund and your "benefits" only come from dividends from that fund. I don't think you can fix that with a public protest, I'm not even sure that any of this was enacted by the legislature, meerly editorily compiled by a comittee within the legislature, and as such is non positive law.
