On 02/07/22 at approximately 4:45 pm he gave a group of kids at an apartment complex money and said "Don't talk to strangers". Last seen driving Big black SUV like an Expedition Middle aged white male Short blonde hair Approximately 5 ft 7- 6 ft tall Skinny in stature. If you seem someone like this man please keep your kids away from him. It has already been reported to the police.
