Description
We are looking to hire a full- time groundskeeper/janitorial employee in Metairie for the hours of 7:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday at a Condominium community. We are looking for someone to clean the grounds, dumpster area, laundry room, fitness center and pool area. You will be required to walk the property every morning to pick up garbage on the property, change out the garbage bags in the pool area, fitness center, laundry room and doggy parks. Some pool skimming is needed. Vacuuming the hallways as needed, as well as sweeping and blowing debris from the 1st floor entrance ways. Must be able to walk stairs to the third floor, and change exterior and interior light bulbs and fixtures as needed. Painting, sheetrock and minor repairs to the bldgs and units as needed.
