Adorable Orange Tabby Kitten to Rehome

I adopted a nearly 3 month old kitten I cannot keep. She is well adjusted, sweet, affectionate, active, smart, loves other cats (if they want to love her back). Here are the conditions though to make sure she is well cared for: prefer a home (not apartment), no kids under 12, no dogs, time to play with her and watch over her, someone already in Fort Collins as I will drive to your house with her. I am asking a $100 rehoming fee to cover all the vet costs to date ( she has shots, chip, dewormed, fixed etc, all paperwork). Thank you. No scammers or hustlers!
