employment type: full-time Nelson Tree Service is looking for a motivated individual to join our team! We are a small-size, close knit company that offers an enjoyable work environment with PTO. We are seeking an honest, trustworthy and dependable crew leader to join our team. The Crew Foreman is the leader of the team who clearly communicates job responsibilities to the other employees while providing excellent tree care, exceptional customer service and above all does it safely. Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of tree work, including climbing, pruning, and removal Ensure quality and safety on the job Work to specifications of work orders and permits Interact with clients in a communicative, friendly, and respectful manner Clean work sites and care for equipment Required Skills & Abilities: Experienced and skilled in tree care and tree removal Exacting attention to detail with pruning and other tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to work outdoors throughout the year Ability to safely maintain and operate necessary machinery Professional and warm with clients & co-workers Reliable and communicative Ability to problem-solve and make calculated decisions We are a locally owned, family oriented company, that largely values taking care of our employees.
