HIRING IMMEDIATELY Commercial landscape maintenance company in Richland Hills is looking for crew leaders with landscape maintenance experience to start immediately. Company handles commercial properties all over DFW and is looking for motivated individuals that can work well with a team and take pride in their work. Mowing, line trimming, edging, hedge trimming, tree trimming, planting flowers, installing mulch, etc. Crew Leader Job Duties: Mowing, line trimming, edging, hedge trimming, tree trimming, planting flowers, installing mulch. Perform crew member duties while supervising a crew of up to three people, drive a box truck to and from properties, manage properties to ensure a high level of quality is achieved Job Requirements: Landscape Maintenance experience is a must Valid TX driver’s license is required Know how to operate zero turn mower, stand-on mower, line trimmer, edger, blower, hedge trimmer Be dependable and show up on time Have reliable transportation to the office Job Benefits: Crew Leader $16-20 depending on experience Weekly Payroll every Friday Monday – Thursday 40-hour work week, 10 hours a day (Occasional Fridays) Direct Deposit available 5 Paid Holidays per year 1-week vacation after 1 year of employment Overtime available during growing season (always paid after 40 hours/week) Year-round position Company matching retirement plan upon eligibility Positions available now!
