We’re looking for a reliable handyman/contractor that can do a variety of tasks. We purchase, repair, and renovate Used Mobile Homes, so if you have experience in that it’s a plus. We are not looking for expensive Commercial and Single Family Home Contractors. The pricing needs to be reasonable because these are used mobile homes. We can provide steady work for someone reliable, that meets their deadlines, has a good attitude, and wants to work. You must have your own transportation, tools, and be able to transport materials. You also need a working phone and email in order to communicate. We purchase mobile homes all over San Antonio, Seguin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. We pay for all materials and we pay for labor once the job is completed, we don’t pay anything upfront. Our jobs normally take less than one week, anything more than that we will break it down into multiple contracts. The most common things we do are: -Sheetrock repair -interior/exterior paint -repair subfloor - install flooring - repair cabinets -repair or build decks - minor plumbing work - minor electric work - install or repair mobile home skirting - seal roofs If you are a reliable and honest person that meets this criteria, respond to this email and we will schedule a time to meet in the next few days.
