What you'll do: As a Blender Operator, you’ll see a product’s transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You’ll follow instructions provided on a recipe card or “batch ticket” listing which ingredients you’ll gather the amount needed. If you’re active, this is the role for you! If you enjoy being active, this is the role for you! You’ll use your hustle lifting, rolling, and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of ingredients and drums up to 200lbs to other team members. After the ingredients are mixed, polished, and sensory tested, the finished product gets boxed, labelled, and palletized. You’ll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace. We’ll count on you to help us meet our customer and consumer needs as you: - Measure, weigh, and document ingredients - Move and transfer ingredients by hand, cart, or forklift (don’t worry, we’ll train you if not certified) - Document temperature and machine readings with accuracy - your detail will be key here What you'll need to be successful and safe: - A high school diploma or equivalent or previous work experience with measuring and detailed documenting is required. - Ability to lift 50lb bags. This is a highly physical role and you'll lift 4 to 5 50lbs bags of ingredients per minute by hand. - Because the safety of you and our team is important to us, successfully passing a drug and background screen will be required. - Do you know the value of a great team? Teamwork is one of our values and critical to everyone’s success. - The safety of our team and products are our top priority, so we prefer some experience working in a manufacturing environment, but we are always willing to train those with solid work history, and a can-do attitude! Some overtime is required. Typically, our Blender Operators work between 45-50 hours per week with weekend time included. Kerry is proud to be an EOE.
