Job Description Summary Mammoth Labs is looking for the position of Grounds Maintenance for our Ellensburg, WA location. This position is responsible for the general maintenance of all buildings, and surrounding grounds. The job duties and priorities for this position switch constantly depending on day-to-day needs, so candidates must have a good attitude and flexibility to get the job done. Check out details below for this multifaceted position: Job Functions Monitor grounds and sweep to pick up trash, plant waste, and other consumables. Use heavy equipment (i.e. Tractor, Grader, Sweeper, etc.) to perform varied maintenance tasks Maintain external appearance of buildings and grounds Mow the grass during appropriate season(s) Empty trash cans around the plant and discard in main receptacle Clean common areas of the plant to include break rooms and restrooms in accordance with schedule and as needed Demonstrated reliability and dependability Able to lift and/or move more than 80 lbs. often. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Qualifications Preferred but not necessary: Varied background in maintenance Previous heavy equipment experience Previous grounds maintenance experience Job Type: Part-time that could turn into full time. Looking to start at 20-30 hrs per week.
