9 month old AKC Chocolate Lab

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are needing to rehome our 9 month old chocolate lab. He is up to date on shots but has not been neutered yet. He is also AKC registered. He is established with Town & Country Vet. He is potty trained as well as kennel trained, he loves to run and play as well as baths. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids. Just doesn't understand how big he actually is. Asking a rehoming fee to ensure he is going to a great home!
