This is an amazing opportunity for the right self motivated individual who is well rounded and RELIABLE! We need a caretaker for our properties and future properties that we possess. You MUST have your own transportation. Pay will be based on the quality of work and we will provide Lodging including electric, water/sewer (other utilities are your responsibility). Will discuss in person in more detail. You MUST be a "Jack of ALL trades" meaning you will need to be able to do all of the following in some capacity: electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, painting, cleaning and more that will be required. You will be treated respectively and stay busy! You must be RELIABLE, that is a MUST as we will NOT tolerate not showing up when you are counting on being somewhere and getting something accomplished.
