Survey Merchandiser is looking for Merchandisers to complete multiple Restocking Projects at local stores located in the area of Charlotte, NC. We are looking for candidates who can work all shifts if possible. You will use Survey's app to document your work. About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. We’re one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. About the Work: - Pay is $17/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Starts on February 14th and will continue until March 31st. - Hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. (30 minutes unpaid lunch). - Workdays will be discussed during your interview. - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Typical tasks include: - Check-in with the store manager to let them know you are there to pack out the shelf on behalf of Acosta. Show your Letter of Authorization. - You will provide services as directed by team lead to complete the reset. - Take photos of the shelving before starting any work. - Stock items on the shelves. - Keep track of how many cases you are restocking. - Take photos of all areas you restocked. - Record the total number of cases you packed out and take photos of all sections worked on. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 21 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
