Maintenance Technician Immediate hire Full & Part time positions available SHADY SIDE … MT. LEBANON …SHALER Apartment management company w. multiple locations seeks repair personnel for facilities General Duties: • Drywall, spackling, painting, etc. • Plumbing: faucet/toilet installation, garbage disposal installation, etc. • Electrical: change outlets & switches, installation of fixtures, etc. • General routine upkeep such as: o Power washing o Carpentry o Refuse removal o Maintenance of rubbish containment closets o General Window cleaning o Grass & lawn maintenance o Sidewalk & snow removal (weather permitting) Required skills -&- experience: • Ability to follow instructions • General carpentry • General repairs • Understanding proper use & application of supplies & equipment • Excellent, organized time management • HVAC -&- or Boiler repair a plus+ Education -&- Experience: • High school diploma • Related experience • A valid PA Driver’s license • Reliable transportation Applicant must be willing to pass drug -&- alcohol screening and possess a clean criminal background.
