We are Schroeder’s Custom Coatings Inc., a family-run business with over 25 years in Residential and Commercial flooring solutions, and operating in Phoenix and surrounding areas, we specialize in Residential and Commercial epoxy floor coatings, decorative chip systems, and concrete staining & sealing. We have the following positions available for immediate hire. Apprentice Installer We are offering floor installer apprenticeships and no experience is required. Train for a career with high growth and monetary potential. We provide the tools and training, including obtaining your OSHA card. Duties include but not limited to the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing not only with your team, but with clients and the general public, arriving on time, loading, unloading, and cleaning trailer before and after work, and the desire to learn the ins and outs of floor coating installing. This is a permanent FT (up to 60 hours per week) position. There may be weekends, evenings and out of town projects. At least 18 years old with reliable transportation 2. Valid driver’s license & US citizen documents (Social Security card, birth certificate, or unexpired passport) and a clean MVD report 3. Ability to complete online OSHA training at no cost to you within 30 days (you may use our computer if needed) 4. Ability to lift at least 40lbs 5.
