Beaumont Children's is the only Children's Miracle Network Hospital in southeast Michigan and was awarded more than $27,000 from the Extra Life Detroit Guild as a result of their participation in the marathon.
Extra Life is a virtual gaming program that unites thousands around the world to play games in support of local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Locally, the Extra Life Detroit Guild supports Beaumont Children's.
