3rd Gen is looking for laborers and qualified carpenters to round out our production team for the upcoming season! We are a custom deck builder and remodeler based in and around Madison, Wisconsin. This if a full time hourly position with the potential for overtime and bonuses. The ideal candidate will be well versed in using power tools, cutting and installing building materials, and knowledgeable with general construction safety measures. We will reach out for an interview if we feel you are a good potential fit. www.3rdgenpainting.com QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ Year of General Carpentry Experience (More experience is welcome- Lead positions are also available for the right candidates) Ability to learn quickly with a focus on quality Good Attention to detail and understanding of general construction principles Great attitude and ability to work well with others in a team environment Good general construction skills (Accurate Cutting, Safety Awareness, Understanding how to read plans or drawings) Interest in working on a growing team with great culture and potential for upward mobility Someone generally interested in building beautiful decks and screen porches in and around the Madison area!
