Sweet female cat for a good home

We have a 1-year-old female cat who we took in, and unfortunately my six-year-old cat is not getting along with her anymore. He keeps having accidents in the house because he refuses to share a litter box. Unfortunately we have to find her a new home. She is very sweet and loving. Loves to play and snuggle as well. She is fixed, and has all her shots. Comes with litter box, food, lots of toys and play stand.
