Loving female cat-spayed-small rehome fee

We have a very loving female cat that we have kept as long as we could. Due to allergies, we can no longer keep her. She is very calm and loves to be pet. She’s torn up nothing in the house, is litter trained and even likes to go outside. Overall great cat, just can’t keep her. I had her spayed in the fall and that was over $150 along with her shots. I want to ensure she goes to a good home so I’m asking for a $50 rehome fee in the hopes that will show someone really wants her.
