looking to hire "licensed and insured framers" to build my deck looking for a contractor do the following: 1. Draw plans for 12' x 20' deck with stairs and low voltage lights on risers ( 10 ft high) 2. Demo old deck and haul away 3. Order and supply materials 4. Meet inspectors 5. Build and complete the deck with 2 weeks of passing footing inspection 6. Clean up all trash and haul away I want a pro! I do not want to babysit grown men. (You do not want me to babysit this job! It wont be a fun time for you ! I'm a straight A--Hole) Terms: 1/3 deposit another 1/3 at half way point and last 1/3 at completion and passing final inspection No draws If job is not complete within 3 weeks of footing inspection 30% penalty if not completed within 5 weeks no pay and your fired.
