CREW LEADERS & MEMBERS Job Description We are looking for an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Foreman and Team Members that have a positive attitude along with great leadership skills and an eye for detail. Our crew leaders & members are responsible for completing jobs to our high quality standards. We have several positions open from Mowing/Ground Maintenance to Landscaping/Hardscaping Teams. This is a full-time, year round position with competitive pay and benefits. We offer paid holidays, vacation time and a benefits package. Job Responsibilities Valid VA driver’s license. Minimum of 1 year experience. Ability to work Monday-Friday 8-10 hrs per day, Saturdays as needed. Operate a truck and trailer in a safe manner. Have experience with Mowers, Bobcat/Skidsteer, Trenchers, Mini-ex, Tampers, etc. Ability to read blue prints. Have plant material id and installation knowledge. Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia Certified Pesticide applicators license within 60 days of employment. Able to lead a team of others and take responsibility for the job they do.
