Drop off a resume to 6430 Hollywood Blvd Los Angeles Ca. 90028 from 8pm-4am daily. *Currently looking for someone that knows how to make hookahs and or how to carry a hookah and do charcoals. Jobs: Under direct supervision, performs daily cleaning tasks for lounge area, restrooms, provides customer service, able to make a hookah and fruit bowl and any other jobs assigned, in accordance with standard procedures of the department and in accordance with facility standards and objectives. We are also soon looking for delivery drivers and online personal for social media and online sales and packaging. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service is responsible for adhering to all customer requests and service standards with providing knowledge about hookah and how it should be smoked and kept burning correctly with giving the best experience possible to each of our patrons. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives and daily goals. Performs all customer related tasks demonstrating service orientation to fellow employees, customers, visitors and potential franchisees. Maintains sanitary environment by completing the following: Utilizing standardized cleaning methods in all areas per cleaning manual and training. Clean front counter and seating areas after each customer Completes all necessary sanitation. Stocks storage areas as required with supplies. Appropriately stores supplies and equipment at the end of the shift. Disposes of trash and cleans and organizes area allocated by manager Identifies and reports minor repairs needed. Must be able to complete all steps of the request process, including: Greeting/ engaging customer taking reservations and booking events and parties and birthdays Stocking amenities for customers and management Keeping reservations Resolving/ addressing service related concerns. Thanking guests Replenishes bathroom and kitchen areas cleaned with supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and air freshener. knowledge of Hookah, and best ways to make a hookah and fruit bowl. Maintains confidentiality of trade secrets Enhances job- related growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops. Communicates customer concerns, complaints to appropriate manager staff if/when communicated by visitors. Performs all other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred At least two verifiable job references working for companies or institutions with a reputation for customer service excellence Excellent work history with outstanding attendance Must be able to interact directly with customer population, job require high visibility. Must exhibit consistently high level of customer service, and 'customer first' sensibility. Must be able to read, write, and speak English at a level, which allows the safe and efficient performance of the job. Must provide proof of legal status to work. Physical ability to lift, push, pull and/or squat a minimum of 30 pounds, able to stand and walk 90% of work period and able to walk stairs negotiate uneven surfaces. Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors. Must practice the customer service skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.
