We are a construction company looking for a supervisor to plan and complete remodels and maintenance jobs for various multi-family residents in Seattle, WA. You'll lead a crew, and have multiple projects going— you should thrive in making order out of it all. We want to hear from you if you are someone who: - Enjoys maintaining relationships, with crews and subcontractors - Is able to develop new strategies and procedures for scheduling, operations and/or inventory—we are looking to make big changes internally, integrating software and processes to keep progress tracked efficiently and to be used to help us scale - Works well in different environments, from leading meetings with the office coordinator to going on-site for projects, or talking products and inventory with store reps - Likes being an expert who can mentor yet can implement policies and disciplinary actions too - Wants to succeed and grow with us! Skills + Qualifications - 3+ years of project management and/or leadership experience in the construction field - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be tech savvy, will maintain a project management system, inventory and fleet control, plus your own timesheet on an app - Knowledge of building codes - Quality customer service and communication skills - Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs on a regular basis - Will direct emergencies after hours Benefits - Steady full-time hours - Medical and dental - Paid holiday - Paid sick time - Weekly pay - Holiday bonus - Use of company vehicle, gas included About Us Habitation is a locally-owned construction and property maintenance company.
