i recently lost my elderly cat and now have empty space in my basement apartment. i have around 850 sq ft and have reptiles,fish, and a hamster that will never interact with the cat. i have litter boxes, a cat tree, and cat beds ready to go. i have lots of love and time for a cat. i would prefer no kittens (under 6 months) and female. no selling please only rehoming for a good reason (willing to pay rehoming fee but reasonable)
