looking for info regarding found puppy

Hello all!! I found this sweet sweet boy in my neighborhood. He’s a puppy only about 3 months old. A big boy 28 pounds. I’m wanting to see if I can find anyone who knows anything about him. No body has claimed him so far and I plan on getting him vetted soon but I’m very curious about where he came from and if anybody knows anything about him. I named him Chester. Test of you happen to know anything!
