Need maintenance for small motel. Would like to have someone with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance and ac/heater window units. Tools and transportation are necessary. This includes power tools, not just hammer and screw driver. Daily productivity report knowledge necessary. Starting rate is negotiable and varies on experience and if you have proof of tools and are honest about your skills. Only serious applicants apply.
