We are looking for a contractor with a CBC or GC license in good standing to qualify our company. We build sustainable projects for ourselves to keep and manage in our rental portfolio, mostly simple commercial and 8 to 12 unit multifamily. We need a qualifier for our company so that we can continue to build at the best prices and to the best standards and remain in full control of all aspects of the project. We are offering an extremely attractive salary. All insurances required in place and all business conducted via required channels, permits and processes. Just to clarify...we are not looking for was residential building contractor license. We are looking for a Certified Building Contractor or a General Contractor license.
