Cheesman Park Walker-Female in blue puffy

We were both there yesterday, Monday, 02/07 afternoon around 3pm. On the east side roadway at 11th Avenue, you (woman) were walking south on the road and I (Brown male with black hair) was walking North. We looked at each other for a bit as as though we recognized each other or were attracted to each other, but then lost gaze and continued on our separate walks. On the West side of the park, we experienced a similar moment and I kick myself for not having the courage to engage. My fault for hesitating. You were wearing a distinct blue puffy jacket that was quite form fitting and a knit hat that allowed a few wisps of blonde hair to fly in the wind. I would love to connect with you, otherwise it will leave me wandering Cheesman park at all hours in hopes of somehow running into you once again:).
