Property manager looking for a dependable person we can call on for various home repair tasks. If any of these things are in your skill set we would love to hear about it : installing electrical and plumbing fixtures, water heaters, investigating plumbing issues, carpentry, painting, flooring, masonry, gutter work, window or door installation, yard cleanups, fence repair - anything that could possibly be needed in a home. Please write with some details of your background and experience, and also it may be helpful to state your pay rate. Work is usually located on the south shore, and we can usually plan around your schedule.
