We are currently seeking a full time handyman for a 32BJ building located in Long Island City. The shift is Tuesday- Saturday 4pm- 12am. Candidate must have a good understanding of building mechanical equipment and 3-5 years’ experience working as a handyman and the following fitness certifications – S95, S12 and S13. References required.
