Property management company seeking self-motivated part-time, experienced Superintendent/Porter for a 38 unit, elevator building located in Richmond Hill. Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. This is a live in position (i.e. includes a spacious one bedroom apartment and rental is in lieu of salaries). Must live in at the building and be able to respond promptly when called upon. Please note....your salary is the rental of the unit
2. Communication and organizational skills; (must own and use a smart phone) ability to speak with shareholders, contractors and management in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Excellent cleaning & handyman skills. Basic boiler operation, electric and plumbing and maintenance knowledge,
Starting 4- 5 hours per day for 5 to 6 days a week. Additional compensation paid by individual shareholders for works at their individual units and which may include minor apartment repairs, painting / renovations etc.
This position does not come with benefits.
