A CT Pesticide Operators license is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual to get their license. Main responsibilities as a technician include: Administering restricted pesticides or fertilizer on residential and commercial lawns and shrubs at the proper rate (basic math skills required). Maintain records of all material used. Demonstrate proper safety procedures while handling hazardous chemicals. Inspect lawns and shrubs for diseases, insects, water issues, and PH imbalances and recommend proper treatments to remedy. Provide outstanding service to clients on the job concerning their services.
