Spend an hour embraced in the healing energy of self love empowered by the ancient practices of sound healing and reiki February is the month we show our love to others, but what does it mean to truly love ourselves? Join us as we spend an hour embrasing self love & self acceptance, bumps, bruises, warts, hairy moles, and all, as Laurel from Ananda Healing Arts bathes you in the ancient vibrations of sound and Tammi Kapitanski from Remedy Within and Leslie Coshun from Infinity Reiki Healing bring you the healing touch of reiki. This amplified experience will help you to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned. What to know: Spots are limited, sign up soon!! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. Covid protocols: Please follow the CDC recommendations.
