Part 1 is deep breathing with a series of gentle movements to warm the muscles & joints. Part 2 is 5 Elements of Healing Meditation . Part 2 cal be performed standing, sitting or laying down.
TaiChi for Health /Rehabilitation
This routine includes a head to toe warm up involving dynamic stretches to promote mobility and
improve balance. The TaiChi routine includes coordination of upper and lower body with lateral &
forward stepping with a focus on weight shifting. We close the routine with regenerative moves to draw
energy out to the surface.
Qigong for Health
This routine is focused on deep breathing and relaxation to promote mind and body awareness. It is a
guided meditation focusing on our internal and external Qi (energy)
