New Orleans is one of the most influential cocktail cities in the world. Learn about and enjoy some of the city's iconic drinks. Celebrate the rich and delicious history of New Orleans cocktail culture with a curated cocktail demonstration and tasting! As part of our annual Mardi Gras pop-up, "Bellwether Bon Temps", guests will be treated to a cocktail demonstration and tasting designed by the Bellwether beverage team. Guests will learn about the history of, and how to make, some of New Orleans' most iconic drinks while also sampling a variety of them with a Bellwether bartender. Learn about and enjoy the amazing cocktails of New Orleans right here in your own backyard!
