Deadstock Drop '22 buy, sell, trade, live auction, music, basketball, food and bar, all wrapped into one spot one community one vibe tap in! Navigator Finds and Ice Bodega welcome you and present Deadstock Drop a long-awaited venue for our sneaker culture and community to be a part of. General Admission ticketing allows one individual access into the event to participate in the convention as well as the basketball tournament that will be played live at the venue as well. For all attendees we encourage you all to bring pairs to sell and trade as well. Events like these is what our area has been screaming for and we are here to provide this opportunity. This will be the #1 destination to find steals & deals on the most exclusive sneakers, apparel & art on the market. But the fun doesn't stop there! Live Music Presented by DJ DON GEE Vending The sellers that request to vend, you will have the opportunity to sell your merchandise at the table provided by the venue. Currently, 6ft tables are what will be provided. At this moment we have availability for 30 tables to be used by sellers. We are not providing second tables for the event just due to inventory readily available. If the opportunity does arise where this will be an option we will contact each seller individually for the opportunity. Pricing Vending is set at the amount of $150. Set up Time Set up time for the event is 8:00 AM. You will be allotted 2 hours prior to the event to be ready at your own leisure. Security Event security will be present at all facets of the event so please operate in confidence that your product and overall safety of the event will be operated in the highest degree of professionalism and conduct. Team's rosters and deadline Once payment is made, please contact David Bernard via @deadstockdropwa Basketball tournament rules and regulations Gym will open at 8am first set of games will start at 10:15am All basketball participants will be expected to conduct themselves in accordance with standard basketball rules. We expect all participants to not only respect opponents, but also respect the referees. If basketball participants conduct themselves in a disorderly manner. The referees will have the ability to eject said per son from the game, and possibly the Deadstock Drop event. So please keep this in mind while participating. Games/Fouls We will have 20-minute games with running clock with the exception of the last 2 minutes (however in event of an injury or confrontation clock will be stopped to handle said situation if it's during running clock time). Under 2 minutes clock will stop for all dead ball situations. Team leading at the end of regulation wins. In the event of a tie at the end of regulation 5 minutes will be put back on the clock for overtime period. The games will be conducted under high school basketball rules with the exception of special rules noted below. Timeouts Each team will have three timeouts during regulation time. As noted above clock will continue to run except during the last 2 minutes of the game. No timeouts will carry over in overtime. However, each team will have only 1 timeout allowed in overtime. Each team will be guaranteed 4 games. Your teams first 3 games will be for seeding during elimination round of the tournament. 4th game if you win, you'll continue to play on, and if you lose your team is eliminated from Deadstock Drop tournament. No one can foul out of the game individually, but all shooting fouls players will be awarded free throws, and none shooting fouls ball will be taken out on sideline. However, an individual can be ejected from the game by referee for unruly conduct or for receiving 2 technical fouls during the basketball game. Team fouls will be tracked. Once a team reaches 7 team fouls it will be a 1in 1 situation from the free throw line for opposing opponent. Once a team reaches 10 team fouls the opposing opponent will be awarded 2 free throws for duration of the game. Scheduling Each team captain will be given a game schedule via email prior to tournament. It will be teams captain responsibility to ensure that your team knows times of games and what court your team will be playing on. So, we can play games in a timely matter. Please note due to unpredictability of game situations (such as overtime etc.) some games may not start at exact time. However, we ask that team captains have their team on the ready. Because warmup times may be reduced to ensure we exit venue in a timely matter. Winnings Winning team of the Deadstock Drop tournament will receive a *$1,600 cash prize! MVP of championship game in will receive a $200 cash prize! Dunk contest winner will receive $100 cash prize! Dunk contest will be conducted prior to elimination round of tournament! We will have only 4 participants with 2 rounds. Round 1 each participant will have one dunk. If you miss first attempt, you will have one more redo. Each dunk will be scored on a scale of 5 to 10 with max points to be awarded being 50. Top two scores at the end of first round will advance. Round 2 each participant will have two dunks with each dunk being scored on a scale of 5-10. You will be allowed one redo for each attempt if you miss. The top score from total of both dunks will be awarded $100 cash prize! We here at Deadstock Drop team want everyone to enjoy themselves at this event.
