Our monthly membership meeting will feature guest speaker Judith Nance. Please join the North Carroll Business Alliance (NCBA) for our monthly membership meeting on Thursday, February 17th at the Dutch Corner at 12:30 P.M. Our guest speaker will be Judith Nance, Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc.'s Homeless Outreach Case Worker. Our member speaker will be Susan Rill, the owner of the Dutch Corner. We will also be collecting member renewals at the meeting, $75 annual for one year, $130 for a 2 year commitment.
