We are one of the top pet care service companies in Greenpoint and Williamsburg. We are hiring dog walkers and cat sitters - YOU DO BOTH!! You must be great with animals and communication skills with our human management. You should be able to take constructive criticism well, be very responsible, mature, professional, reliable, punctual, kind and caring. You should be familiar with dogs and cats, have a flexible schedule and be able to commit to the job on days you're scheduled to work. You will need a bike as you are biking from one visit to the next. Visits are back to back and we work with a tight schedule so you will need to be comfortable and swift on your bike. (Electric scooter allowed as an alternative) This is a very physical job and you will be needing to work in all weather. You need to like being outdoors. We have a great reputation and are looking for individuals who truly care about the position and representing the kind of company that we are. You must love working with animals as well. We typically hire artists and freelancers or those who generally have free availability during the day. On days your are working you will need open availability 9am-7:30pm. You will not be working all of these hours though. Your schedule is given to you the day prior with specific times. Walks are scheduled consecutively. You would have anywhere from 4-6 hours of walks on designated days. We are specifically looking to hire someone for Mondays and Fridays indefinitely. Times are given to you and not flexible. *REQUIREMENTS* Must own a bike - You will be using this means of transport to get from one pet to the next. (you are NOT actually biking with any pets!!) - Must live close to or within our service area (Greenpoint / Williamsburg ) - Must be able to work on the books. You will fill out a w4 so must be able to work in the U.S. -Looking for someone with open availability Mondays and Fridays w/ occasional M/T/W & weekend availability. * PAY* - Per Hour = $18
