Apply Today - Start Tomorrow - Competitive Wages - Come and work in West Bend. PLM - Property Loss Management, LLC is a 15 year old Fire & Water Damage Restoration company, based in West Bend. You will start and end each workday at our West Bend offices, and travel to various job-sites throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. You will ride in, or drive a company owned vehicle to the job-sites and back. Please have your own reliable transportation, so that you may arrive at our facility on time for work each day. Please have a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record, as you may be required to drive the company owned vehicles. We will train individuals that have a good attitude - people who can follow simple instructions, and use common sense; people who are willing to learn. This can be entry level - your 1st job, or you may be new to construction or restoration work. This is a very physical job. You must be able to bend, kneel, reach and lift to carry items weighing up to 35 pounds. You must be able to climb stairs, and work from a small step ladder, and work while wearing a respirator, as this is sometimes required. We offer a very fun work environment, with training and advancement for motivated individuals. As you work in the various homes and businesses, you will develop a lot of skills that will be useful throughout your life. You will get plenty of hands-on experience and you should be able to take on more responsibility. This fortunately comes with pay increases. (PTO is 4 paid days per year - 1 day per quarter, and starts after working 1 full quarter. Up to 6 Holidays are Paid, as they fall during the normal work week. Simple IRA starts each Jan 1st, if you have earned at least $5,000 in the previous year. Paid Vacation - earn 5 paid days during your 2nd year, and during each subsequent year. Earn 2 weeks each year after 5 years. Sign on Bonus is paid in your next PLM paycheck, as taxable income.)
