Support your growing bump with pregnancy taping! As your baby bump grows forward so does your center of gravity which puts extra pressure on your lower back. Taping helps transfer some of that pressure off of your low back, relieving low back and neck pain. This workshop is designed to teach you and your partner how to tape at home! The cost is $20 per couple. The $20 provides each couple with a roll of your very own RockTape to use during the workshop and throughout your pregnancy!
