Chef Rob Corey never disappoints with his creative local focus on his sumptuous dishes. Erik Mohr, winemaker at Snowy Peaks Winery will be on-hand to explain the background of each wine and Chef Rob Corey will talk about the process of creating the perfect dish to pair it with. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes and how you can create great pairings at home. This will be an interactive evening with plenty of time to ask questions and delve deeper into the world of food and wine.
