Couch To Trail Hits North Table Mountain for Sunrise! Please join us for this gorgeous morning in Nature. Join the 2022 Couch To Trail Program for Sunrise at North Table Mountain North Table Mountain has an absolute gorgeous sunrise we will enjoy together. Plan: Please meet us at the West Trailhead no later than 6:00AM, Sunrise is at 6:40AM and we'd like to catch it together. We suggest bringing a warm beverage and a light breakfast in your pack. Trailhead: North Table Mountain West Trailhead - 4788 Highway 93 Golden, CO 80403 Difficulty - Easy / Moderate Total gain: 300 feet Round trip length: 1.5 miles Suggested Gear: Water (plenty of water) (2 liters) Gatorade / Powerade / Electrolytes Food (High carb snacks and Lunch) Dress in layers and either wear or carry: Hat Warm Hat/Bennie and baseball cap Buff / Neck Gaiter Gloves Hiking Poles Hand Warmers Fleece or Wind-Block jacket Waterproof shell/jacket Hiking pants Hiking boots Smart wool hiking socks (Spare pare in your pack) Sunglasses 30 spf sunscreen TP (in Ziploc bag) Personal First Aid Kit (team leaders will each have first aid kits) Personal Medications Important notice re COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event.
