Just pick a 30 min slot on ant time that fits your schedule. During the 21-day challenge, take on a variety of holistic fitness classes either on-line or in-person. If you attend at least 9 group classes on different days, and practice the self-care exercises on your own at least 15 days, you will receive $100 off a group class membership to continue your healthy journey.
