Join us!! We are The Method Performance and Physical Therapy, we believe that if you choose to move your body, then you are an athlete. We help the active community of Boston continue to move well and move often. On Thursday February 24th we will be hosting a workshop for runner’s in collaboration with Heartbreak Hill Running Company.
Starting at 6pm we will be having a pre run warm up designed to improve mobility and activate key muscles prior to heading out on your normally scheduled run. Then, after running, we will be having a post run cooldown session designed to Improve flexibility and promote downregulation throughout your body..
The workshop will be at our new location (652 Tremont St 1R right next to Heartbreak Hill Running) and will be hosted by Dr. Meth and Dr. Kappler, 2 Doctors of Physical Therapy. They will host the event and stick around to answer your questions and chat over a beer and some food.
