Experiment with new styling, capture untold stories and broaden your photography portfolio with a private session in an original environment WHAT IS PINK ROSES, WILD HEARTS? This is a handcrafted art installation designed by Linda Mullen, artist and owner of Grace & Diggs. Linda and her team have used recycled materials to create a world of flowers and other botanicals that form a walk-through environment symbolizing the spectrum of romantic love. The installation features three distinct, immersive settings that are perfect for unique and dramatic photos. COVID MANDATES As per local requirements, we are requiring that all visitors to Pink Roses, Wild Hearts follow the procedures listed below. We provide this information so you can make the decision to purchase tickets with this in mind. Visitors without masks or Proof of Vaccination will be turned away and no refunds will be given (we will, however, have masks available if you forget them). MASKS: All visitors must wear masks upon entry to Old Town Hall. Once in the enclosed area of the exhibit, masks can be taken off to take pictures. Upon exiting, masks must be put on again. Masks must be worn during workshops. PROOF OF VACCINATION: All visitors must show proof of vaccination to enter Old Town Hall. Currently, this means you must show your vaccination card or a photo of it. MORE ABOUT THE ART INSTALLATION The first setting, “Pink Roses,” is a backdrop of red and pink botanicals that celebrates the sweetness of traditional Valentine’s Day. The second setting, “Wild Hearts,” acknowledges a more complex side of love. Crafted with darker, more untamed elements, this space represents romantic situations that rarely get represented on greeting cards. Finally, “The In-Between” is a tangled and vine-like environment that symbolizes the connections between sweet and dark, traditional and wild. Sweet things may grow from dark places and untamed elements keep sweetness from becoming dull. CREATE YOUR OWN STUDIO SHOOT We are pleased to make this installation available to photographers, stylists, and models for full-length photoshoots. The installation offers a unique backdrop for storytelling and an opportunity to create one-of-a-kind portraits. We also welcome groups of industry professionals who would like to book one session and share costs. This 4-hour private photographer session includes: Full access to all areas of the immersive installation as well as the 2nd level of Salem, MA's beautiful Old Town HallOption to style your models with a selection of Grace & Diggs original headpieces Ring lights, camera clamps, light diffusers, and other equipment available for your useFacilities available for models* (dressing room, bathroom, mirrors)Assistance with loading and unloading your own equipment and additional time to do so*Photographer must coordinate their own models.
