You are about to embark on a 21 day joy journey. This course will teach you how to access the feeling of joy instantly. You are about to embark on a 21 day joy journey.  We all know it takes 21 days to create a new habit and you’re about to create a habit of being joyful! The Joy Journey is a 21 day intensive course to help you make joy a priority. This course will teach you how to access the feeling of joy instantly, help you create a daily joy routine and rewire your brain to create a new habit of being a joyful person. This class will meet once a week with a daily check in on our private Facebook page.  This course will include daily affirmations, joy videos, journaling, a private facebook group, creating a joy vision board,  optional free 1-30 minute 1:1 consultation with April Hannah during the course and 1, 90 minute zoom meeting a week for 4 weeks. If you have had a hard time feeling joy lately, suffer from season affect disorder and the winter blues then this will be a perfect course for you to join.
