Millsite Landscape Services is hiring a full time, year-round Landscape Enhancement/ Construction Manager. Job Duties/Pre-Requisites: -Grow and manage the enhancement/construction side of our business. -Experience in all phases of landscape and irrigation installation and repair. -Communicate effectively with Customers and other Employees within various departments. -Good equipment operation skills (bobcat, backhoe, trencher) preferred. -Maintain professional appearance of yourself and equipment. -Knowledge of the common local plant species preferred, along with ability to design and layout plant material. -Bidding and estimating experience preferred, we are willing to share knowledge and train. -Participate in winter de-icing and snow removal for contracted buildings and other accounts. Ability to operate a plow truck preferred. -We are willing to share our knowledge and skill training an Employee who wants to learn, works hard, is reliable and wants to grow in the Green Industry promoting the professionalism of our Industry. -Valid ODL with a good driving record. -See our website for more information: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (40 hours per week) Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, 401k, life and disability insurance, flexible spending plan, profit-sharing plan, company sponsored events and company vehicle.
