Join us February 20th & 27th for a meditation class ! This meditation class will be centered around building foundations that are more aligned with who we are becoming. And who are we becoming? more of OURSELVES! During our time together we will focus on: -I AM - who are you ? -The wisdom of knowing Self (biblical perspective) -Activity -Meditation on speaking words of wisdom over you while having the ability to tolerate uncomfortable feelings that allows you to notice and be with your emotions/feelings without rushing to change them.
