Our tax dollars are better spent combating their addiction with drugs from the southern boarder. Making it easy to shoot or smoke serious drugs seems akin to having a suicide prevention meeting at a gun range. OBiden and the Democrats are giving black people drug paraphernalia. President Trump gave them hope with the lowest black unemployment rate in history better able to buy houses an start their our businesses. Jobs beats drugs hands down every day of the week.
